Mad Kings and Englishmen: History Hung Drawn and Quartered

Next week I am shooting production photographs of a new play called "Mad Kings and Englishmen: History Hung Drawn and Quartered" which is the second longest title for a play I have ever photographed! It's narrowly beaten by "Professor Ralph McGinty’s Swashbuckling World of Shakespeare" but only by a few letters.

So if any of you out there fancy a cultural outing then come along and watch the play next week. It is a comic romp through the last two thousand years of English history- think Reduced Shakespeare Company crossed with peasant pox and some silly Kings - Jessica Swale's description of the play and she should know as she is both the writer and director of the play.

For those of you working in the city it is on TUESDAY to FRIDAYS at 1pm at the Bridewell Theatre, beginning this coming Tuesday for 4 weeks, just off Fleet Street. There is also a one off Gala performance on SATURDAY 14th NOVEMBER at 10am.

Latter on in the week I will try and get some of the photographs from the play put up.
