Matthew MacFadyen - Actors Masterclass

Instantly recognisable from his recent highly acclaimed screen work, Matthew Macfadyen is one of Britain's highly acclaimed and respected actors.

Since leaving RADA in 1995, Matthew has worked with Declan Donnellan and Cheek by Jowl, Nicholas Hytner at the National, Dominic Cooke at the Royal Court and the RSC. His television work includes Spooks (BBC), Little Dorrit (BBC) and Secret Life (C4), for which he won the 'Best Actor' award at the Royal Television Society 2007 Awards for this part, and was also nominated for a BAFTA.

His recent film appearances include Pride and Prejudice, directed by Joe Wright and co-starring Keira Knightley, and in the critically lauded Frost/Nixon, directed by Ron Howard.

Matthew will be relaying some of the experiences he has had during his career. There will also be an opportunity to ask him questions.
